How Points Work.
All you need to earn points is a GetitBB account.Every dollar spent on your purchase, will earn you from 5 to 10 points, depending on your shopping status level. Visit your orders section. Points will be credited to your account once you Log into your GetitBB account and “Confirm Delivery” of your order.
Using GetitBB points
You Earn $2.50 for every 2,500 points you accumulate. These points can be used to deduct up to 40% of the total amount of products when you place your order (only the total price of products is assisted, excluding VAT and Delivery). Points can only be used before they expire.
Viewing GetitBB points
Log into your personal account to view the balance.
Validation period of GetitBB points
Points are valid for 12 months. Unused, expired points, will be deleted from your account.
Limit of GetitBB points
You may not hold more than 20,000 Points at any time (the “Points Cap”). Once the total number of your Points reaches the Points Cap, you can still shop but you must redeem Points in order to be eligible to earn more Points.
Returns & GetitBB points
- Returns are valid on non-perishable items only.
- Points for requested and verified returns will be restored to your account along with your refund.
- Points for partial returns will be refunded according to the price percentage for the product, of the total order.
- Cancelled orders which are unpaid qualify for an immediate return of your points to your account.
- Orders which are cancelled after the validity period of the points used, will not be refunded.
- Any new points received from an order which is cancelled will be withdrawn.
